The Sulphur Springs softball team has shattered their previous best season in program history. “Just being able to get to state is a really big opportunity for me, because there are so many girls that look forward to that and I think it’s a really big blessing,” said Gracie Thompson.
Friends, family, and fellow officers, paid their respects on Wednesday to those who served and gave the ultimate sacrifice.
“We stand together as a community. This isn’t just law enforcement standing here recognizing law enforcement officers. This is a community, all across our nation, that is taking care and recognizing the sacrifices that people made,” said Tyler Police Chief Jimmy Toler.
The missing girl is Sharolen Roque, 15. She is a white female with black hair and brown eyes. She is about 4′9″ tall and weighs around 110 pounds.
Mauricio Ramos is the suspect in the alert. He is 20 years old, white, with black hair. Other descriptors are listed as unknown by DPS as of 11:15 p.m. Wednesday.
According to Longview Police Department, on Tuesday night at 10:13, officers responded to the 1500 block of Pine Tree Road where there was a report of a robbery.
